Dear RaceBetter Community,
RaceBetter was founded on a commitment to clean sport, ethical development, and evidence-based performance. Our mission is to elevate athletes through integrity, consistency, and long-term excellence — without compromise.
This week, it was announced that one of our clinicians, Andrii Govorov, has chosen to participate in the Enhanced Games — a competition that permits and promotes performance-enhancing drug use. While we recognize Andrii’s autonomy and respect the complexities behind personal decisions, his participation stands in direct conflict with the values we uphold at RaceBetter.
We do not support the Enhanced Games or the ideology it promotes. As a company, we believe in advancing athletic potential through safe, ethical, and rigorously tested means. We will never endorse shortcuts or glorify artificial enhancement, especially given our responsibility to young athletes, coaches, and families who look to us for leadership rooted in integrity.
We also recognize that athletes are human beings first — often navigating extraordinary pressures behind the scenes. Financial strain, emotional challenges, and external crises can weigh heavily. While we do not condone Andrii’s decision, we remain compassionate to the broader personal and global circumstances that may have contributed to it. That compassion, however, does not alter the principles by which we operate.
To those we serve: RaceBetter will continue to stand for clean sport, character-driven growth, and the pursuit of greatness through discipline, not dependency. We remain committed to building a future of sport where health, ethics, and human potential are never in conflict.
With respect and responsibility,
Ben Lee
