The Tanzania Performance Development Series marks the first phase of a broader partnership involving RaceBetter, Monti AquaForce, Monti International School, and Tanzania’s swimming community.
Beginning July 28, 2026, the inaugural series brings together athletes, coaches, parents, clubs, schools, and sports leaders through an immersive learning journey featuring three interconnected learning experiences:
Coach Development Workshop
Athlete Development Camps
Parent Education Series
Designed as the foundation of an ongoing partnership, the series continues beyond the inaugural program through consultation, coach development, hybrid learning, technical support, and long-term collaboration.
