Yes. Advance registration is requested so we can plan appropriately for each session and provide the best possible experience for participants.
Friday evening centers on shared vision, coach development, and connection. Saturday moves into applied education for coaches and Athlete Reps, classroom and pool learning, and the Grassroots Clinic before Indiana Swimming's House of Delegates meeting that afternoon.
Both. The weekend will connect coaching, leadership, and communication with technical and applied learning. Coaches can expect discussion, practical examples, and classroom and pool sessions designed to translate ideas into their own programs.
The Grassroots Clinic is a dedicated Saturday experience for approximately 60 Indiana Swimming athletes ages 11–14. Kelsi Dahlia and Sam Hoover will help lead athletes through classroom and in-water learning while giving them an opportunity to connect with members of the RaceBetter team.
